3D indoor capture is the survey-grade recording of interior spaces with LiDAR scanners such as the Matterport Pro3. Bitblade Vision achieves ±2 cm per 10 m and delivers the Matterpak bundle as standard – E57 point cloud, OBJ mesh, XYZ and floor plan – as the basis for planning, documentation and virtual viewing.
More than just a tour.
We work on foot with Matterport-Pro LiDAR scanners. This combines LiDAR geometry and photogrammetric texture capture in a single session. From this we build a consistent model that can be used both as a walkable tour and as a CAD/BIM foundation. as a walkable web viewer and as a point cloud.
For most use cases the Matterport standard of about ±2 cm per 10 m is sufficient. Where sub-millimetre accuracy is needed — for detail restoration or special installations — we add a handheld scanner.

Does the scan disrupt operations?
No. The scanner is silent and requires neither power nor intervention in the property. On request we work outside business hours.
How long does a 200 m² apartment take?
Around 2 hours of scanning time. The web tour is then processed in 2–3 business days.
Do I need Matterport or LiDAR?
Matterport Pro with integrated LiDAR scanner is our standard — fast, around ±2 cm per 10 m, Matterpak included. For sub-millimetre detail (e.g. restoration, special installations) we add a handheld scanner and deliver a dedicated detail model.
Can I host the model myself?
Yes. On request we deliver standalone web viewers as a ZIP that you host on your own server — no platform lock-in.
