How long does it take to create a 360° tour?
Usually one to two business days between the scan appointment and going online — depending on the size and number of rooms. We scan a four-room apartment on site in about 2 hours.
Can I use the tour on real estate portals?
Yes. The tour can be embedded via iframe and is compatible with ImmoScout24, Immowelt, Homegate, Newhome and your own agent software (Onoffice, Flowfact, FIO, etc.). We also provide a QR code for the brochure PDFs.
What does it cost?
Apartments up to 250 m² start at €499 in the Compact package; houses or commercial spaces fall into the Studio package from €1,490. You receive a transparent fixed-price offer within one business day. See also our pricing page.

What happens with GDPR-relevant data (people, number plates)?
Before going online we anonymise all people and number plates. On request we also hide personal belongings or specific rooms with a privacy overlay.
