SPEZI Specialty Bike Fair in Germersheim is one of the most important European industry events for specialty bikes, cargo bikes and recumbent-bike innovations. For organiser Wolf & Wolf we scanned the entire exhibition hall in a single night between setup and opening — so that by the next morning the digital twin was ready for exhibitors, press and post-event use.

Capturing a trade fair the moment it has been built.
Trade-fair builds are temporary. The result — how the hall was set up, who exhibited where, how visitor flows ran — is irretrievably lost after three days unless it's documented. For the organisers this is valuable material: exhibitor acquisition for the next edition, PR, sponsorship negotiations, city permits.
The challenge: roughly 8 hours between final build (Thursday evening) and door opening (Friday morning). In that time the entire hall must be scan-ready and the cloud pipeline initiated.

Web link delivered on opening morning. Exhibitors can later locate their stands inside the model.
